Dawaun Blevins

I worked with mike and he was an all around good person.... always remained positive and I didn't ever hear him speak or talk negative... he was the first person to show me how to drive a front loader... I remember him telling me "get up in there Blev! anything that I can do to help you learn any of this equipment I will do. I'm here to help and pass on my knowledge"... I stood there shocked and laughing because I thought man he just doesn't know what he's getting into lol because I never had once sat down in a front loader let alone actually operated one haha... he showed me and i learned.. he was always willing to help! he would always speak highly of his family and always talked about how blessed he was to be in a position in life to have health family good job roof over his head etc.. just always counted his many blessing... we used to talk about all kinds of things ranging from cars work sports and video games! YES VIDEO games lol.. he was a huge call of duty fan.. I couldn't believe it until one day he invited me over and showed me his "game room" as he called it lol with his huge tv and lazy boy chair! every day at the end of shift we would play a game to where we would try to sneak up on one another and see who could say "your the man!" If I would find him first I would say "your the man mike!" and if he found me he would say "a your the man Blevins!" we would always laugh afterwards and even tho we did this daily it never got old! i remember the last day that I seen him and that we spoke I said "you the man mike! you the man!" and he replied with "no Blevins your the man!" we laughed like always and ended it with have a good day and be safe... I'll always remember your great spirit and positive mindset.. you will be missed mike
