Ange J. Partin, age 95, passed away Friday, December 20, 2013 in Englewood Manor Nursing Home. She has been a resident there for some time now. She was born in Pearl, Kentucky on September 3, 1918 the daughter of Robert & Ida (Fletcher) Jones. She married J. R. Partin and lived in Chenoa, Kentucky for many years. She retired from teaching in Frakes, Kentucky after 37 years and she and her family moved to Huber Heights, Ohio.

She is survived by her 2 sons Roland B (Louise) Partin and Eddie Joe (Cora) Partin, 4 grandchildren John Randy Partin, Marsha (Burt) Mattice, Angie (Matt) Partin-McNeil, and Kristy (Joey) Netherly, 6 great grandchildren Savannah Mattice, Scarlett Mattice, Sylvie Mattice, Stella Mattice, Owen Netherly, Amelia Netherly, and Stella McNeil, 5 sisters, 1 brother, and numerous nieces, nephews, friends from Kentucky, Huber Heights and Englewood Manor.

She was preceded in death by her parents, husband J.R. Partin in 2004, 2 brothers and 1 sister. The family would like to thank all the staff and caregivers at Englewood Manor for their love and care during this difficult time. She will be greatly missed.

A gathering of family and friends will be held on Monday, December 23, 2013 from 11:00 am – 1:00 pm in the BLESSING FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City, Ohio. A funeral service will be held on Monday at 1:00 pm with Rev. Melvin King officiating. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City, Ohio.
