Steven C. Artz, age 62 of Vandalia passed away Thursday October 20, 2010 in his residence. He was born in Dayton, Ohio on September 30, 1948 the son of Richard & Roberta Ruth Artz. He was a veteran of the U.S. Navy having served in the Vietnam War where he received a Purple Heart. He was a member of several Veteran’s organizations.
He was preceded in death by his parents.
A Memorial Service will be held on Thursday, November 11, 2010 at 6:00 pm in the BLESSING FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City with Pastor Rick Barnes officiating.
