Margaret Neuser, age 93 of Vandalia, passed away Tuesday, March 22, 2011 in Good Samaritan Hospital, Dayton. She was born in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania on January 8, 1918. She lived in Pittsburgh until 2000 when she moved to Vandalia to be with her daughter and son-in-law. She loved watching football and baseball games especially the Steelers and the Pirates. She enjoyed playing Bingo every week at her church in Pittsburgh, and her home at Skateworld.
She is survived by her daughter and son-in-law Janet & Charlie Pace, son Bob Neuser, grandsons Chuck Pace and Justin (Lori) Wortylko, granddaughter Mechelle Pace, great grandchildren Alex Wortylko, Tyler Wortylko, Lucas Wortylko, Ellison Wortylko, and Taylor Brandon, a nephew Joe Mosko and several great nieces and nephews.
She was preceded in death by her parents and husband Anthony in 1973.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Friday, March 25, 2011 from 5-8 pm in the Blessing Funeral Home, 11900 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City. A Mass of Christian Burial will be held on Saturday, March 26, 2011 at 11:00 am in the St. Christopher Catholic Church, 435 East National Road, Vandalia with Father Francis Keferl officiating. Burial will be held on Monday, March 28, 2011 at 12:00 pm in Queen of Heaven Cemetery, Pittsburgh, PA. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.blessingfh.com.
