Thelma J. Kelly, age 79 of Union, formerly of Northridge, passed away Wednesday, November 28, 2012. She was born in Rogersville, Tennessee on February 25, 1933 the daughter of Charlie and Lucynthia “Lula” (Williams) Frost. She was a graduate of Rogersville High School, Rogersville, Tennessee. She was employed over 30 years at Seven Nations Restaurant at the Imperial House Motel.
She is survived by her loving and loyal husband of 47 years, James Kelly, sister Pauline Barker of Kingsport, Tenn., six children Tom (Brenda) Horner, Glen (Judy) Horner, Bruce Horner, Alan (Anna) Horner, Cynthia (Bryan) Denniston, and Wanda (Joe) Twarek, 15 grandchildren and 16 great grandchildren.
She will now be reunited with her parents, granddaughter Janet Horner, a sister Minnie Smith and a brother Charles Frost.
A gathering of family and friends will be held on Saturday, December 1, 2012 from 10:00 am – 12:00 pm in the BLESSING FUNERAL HOME, 11900 N. Dixie Dr. Tipp City. Funeral Service will be held on Saturday at 12:00 pm in the funeral home. Burial will follow in Forest Hills Memorial Gardens, Tipp City. Condolences may be sent to the family at www.blessingfh.com.
